Effect of heat treatment on the structure and properties of aluminum alloy AV

  • Published:
Metal Science and Heat Treatment Aims and scope

Commercial cold-rolled sheets of aluminum alloy AV are studied. The properties of the sheets are considered after hardening and aging by different regimes. The conditions for obtaining sheets from alloy AV with controllable fine-grained recrystallized structure are determined.
