Development of standard samples of mass fractions of moisture and protein in grain and grain products

The creation of multicomponent reference samples of mass fractions of moisture and protein in grain and grain products, certified values of which are traceable to state standards, is considered. The metrological characteristics of the samples are found at the level of typical world analogs.
