Investigation of methods of measuring the parameters of jitter using mathematical modeling of a signal simulator and a digital oscilloscope

A procedure for measuring the main parameters of jitter is proposed. The results of mathematical modeling of the procedure for measuring the parameters using a jitter simulator (a signal generator) and a measuring instrument (a digital oscilloscope) are presented.
