Quality control of hardware products based on the use of fuzzy models to describe technological inheritance

This article discusses formalization of the concept of technological inheritance as it pertains to quality control in hardware manufacturing. It is proposed that technological inheritance be described with the use of fuzzy models based on the theory of fuzzy sets.
