Abstract

The specific indices of impact failure of different materials, which determine parameters of the process with respect to the physicomechanical properties of rocks and frozen grounds, are considered. The estimates are presented for the engineering performance standard of hydropercussive machines to make a well-founded choice of a destructive device.
