Generalized model of technology for article production from stone massif

The necessity is substantiated for improvement of conventional methods for manufacture of facing products. A technology is proposed for sawing finished or semi-finished products directly from a stone massif, combining both stone block mining and sawing operations. A mathematical model is constructed and the dependences are obtained for estimation of the machine productivity per shift, prime cost of plates, and raw material losses. The efficient design-technological and management factors are established.
