Abstract

The method of synthesis new polymeric materials, providing high-quality optical contact between the two planar waveguides provided in the mechanical contact. The method is based on the introduction of the silicate nanoparticles in the polymer matrix by means of intermediary agents. Materials that provide high quality reversible optical contact can be used to implement data entry systems (for example, keyboards, mobile phones accessories) with optical encoding.
