Synchronization of a millimeter-band oscillator on an avalanche-transit diode

Abstract

Experimental results from investigations of the synchronization band of an 8-mm-band oscillator on an avalanche-transit diode are given. The dependencies of the synchronization band on the parameters of the generator’s oscillating system and the supply current of the avalanche-transit diode are presented.
