Assessing the Possibility of Participation of Cross-Connection Thermal Power Plants in Assigned-Reserve Primary Frequency Control

The results of tests conducted at the Tobolsk CHPP confirm that cross-connection thermal power plants can participate in assigned-reserve primary frequency control and automatic secondary frequency and power-flow control.
