Fluctuations of the antianxiety effect of valerian and Grandaxin during daytime wakefulness in humans with different chronotypes

Abstract

Young people with the morning and the evening chronotypes proved to differ in the anxiety level at the beginning and the end of daytime wakefulness. The antianxiety effects of valerian and Grandaxin differed in the morning and the evening and depended on the chronotype of a subject.
