Theoretical calculation of machine yarn strength with optimal polyamide fiber insertion into the mixture

Yarn and fabric samples have been produced for the conditions at the textile firm “Kupavna” by means of a new technology with optimal insertion of polyamide fibers into the mixture. A technology has been developed for obtaining machine yarn for fabrics with visible weaves using combed tops obtained from Merino wool 64 k and optimal insertion of polyamide fibers into the mixture. Using the theory of yarn design with a mixture under conditions where the difference of the geometric and strength properties is large, theoretical calculations have been performed of the strength of machine yarn with optimal insertion of polyamide fibers into the mixture.
