A New Sesquiterpenoid from the Fungus Stereum sp. YMF1.1686

The chemical constituent of the fungus Stereum sp. YMF1.1686 has been studied. One new sesquiterpenoid sterostrein U (1) was isolated from the EtOAc extract of the culture broth. The structure of the compound was elucidated mainly by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and HR-ESI-MS experiments.
