Electron-quasiparticle Interaction in HoB12

  • Published:
Czechoslovak Journal of Physics Aims and scope

Abstract

Results of electron-quasiparticle interaction function measurements in intermetallic compound HoB12 studied by point-contact spectroscopy are presented. The temperature behaviour of point contact spectra in heterocontact arrangement between HoB12 and Cu, Pt and Mo counterelectrodes (below and above T N=7.5 K) has revealed three main nonlinearities at 5.5, 10 and 16 meV which have a crystalline electric field origin.
