Measuring Unemployment and Inflation as Wages Functions

Abstract

The functions of unemployment and gross domestic product (GDP) deflator are determined depending on real wage rate for population involved in production, labor utilization rate, money supply, and money velocity. The GDP deflator is equal to the product of the production and money deflators.
