Stress State of Toroidal Transitions Under Internal Pressure

Research, Design, Calculations, and Operating Experience Processes and Equipment for Chemical and Oil-Gas Production

New approximate relationships are proposed for evaluation of the stress state of thin-wall transitions under internal pressure. Accuracies of the suggested relationships are analyzed by comparison with numerical results obtained from the NX -7 program, and presented graphically.
