Safety, Diagnosis, and Repair

A theoretical justification is offered for efficient chemical equipment spare parts reserving procedure that ensures minimum unreliability of the system at a fixed cost function value and rests on nonparametric approach to determination of the operational ability (serviceability) of the structural elements of the machines and units.
