We note that the coefficients in Tables 2, 3 and 4 are incorrect due to a typo in our numerical codes. The correct coefficients are presented below. In addition, \(L_{0{\text {M}}}\) and \(L_{0{\text {H}}}\) in Eq. 16 represent ln\((z/z_{0})\) and ln\((z/z_{0{\text {h}}})\), respectively. These errors do not affect the methodology and conclusions in the original article. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
