Abstract

The paper continued the studies of the general problem of mechanical system control. Its distinctive feature lies in the fact that in essence the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical system are unknown. At the same time, it was required to construct a control law stabilizing actually any system motion corresponding to its dynamics. These multimode (multimission) laws satisfy the purpose and multimission use of the mechanical controlled plants. Consideration was given to the controlled solid bodies such as aircraft, rocket, and so on moving in the aerodynamic medium. A delay model is used for more precise description of the aerodynamic forces. A multimode control law was constructed for these systems.
