Static Forecasting of the Execution Times of Complexes of Interrelated Jobs in the Multiprocessor Computer Systems

Abstract

Consideration was given to a procedure of approximate forecasting of the execution times of the complexes of interrelated jobs in the multiprocessor computer systems with the Erlangian execution time of each job. This distribution is used as a tool for modeling the normal distribution. The order and parameter of the approximating Erlangian distribution are chosen from the parameters of the normal distribution.
