Proportion of annual A/H5N1 HPAI cases reported through the different surveillance plans from 2009 to 2012. Surveillance activities by veterinary services have slowed down since January 2011 due mainly to the socio-political changes in the country. During this period, it was noted that the CAHO surveillance program contributed over 50% of the reported HPAI cases.
