Psychogenic or epileptic? Report of two cases

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über 2 Patientinnen mit differenzialdiagnostisch schwieriger Konstellation. In beiden Fällen wurden durch den EEG-Befund bzw. anamnestische Details „falsche Fährten“ gelegt. Implikationen für die Praxis werden diskutiert.

Abstract

We report on two female patients with difficult differential diagnostic constellations. In both cases, “wrong tracks” were laid by the EEG findings or anamnestic details. The implications for the practice are discussed.
