Abstract
Fractures of the glenoid cavity are rare and can result in chronic instability or degenerative joint disease. Anatomic restoration of the joint surface is the goal. Arthroscopy is recognized as an important adjunct in treating displaced intra-articular fractures. Reduction of fracture fragments, and fixation conducted under arthroscopic control can restore the articular surfaces.
