Retardation corrections to the angular distributions for the free-bound transitions in H-like atoms

Abstract:

The non-relativistic matrix elements and cross-sections of the radiative recombination for H-like atoms are calculated by considering the retardation corrections up to the first order in . These corrections are evaluated for the transitions to the spherical states using recursion relations which lead to fast and accurate calculations of the cross-sections.
