Die Neuroästhetik ist ein neuer Zweig der Naturwissenschaften. Sie sucht eine Verknüpfung von Kunst, Geist und Gehirn. Eric Kandel, Nobelpreisträger für Medizin des Jahres 2000, und Semir Zeki, britischer Neurobiologe, der den Begriff Neuroesthetics einführte, sind führend auf diesem Gebiet. Drei ihrer Werke sind die Basis für diesen Beitrag.
Summary
Neuroesthetics is a new field of natural sciences. It tries to find a connection between art, mind and brain. Eric Kandel, Nobel prize winner for medicine from the year 2000 and Semir Zeki, a British neurologist who introduced the idea of neuroesthetics are the leading exponents in these areas. Three of their books are the basis of this article.
