Zusammenfassung
Immer mehr Eltern sind für eine komplementärmedizinische Ergänzung zur Behandlung diverser Erkrankungen im Kindesalter dankbar, ja fordern diese sogar ein. Chinesische Medizin bietet eine wunderbare Möglichkeit einer integrativen Behandlung von Kindern jedes Alters. Weiß man um die Besonderheiten der kindlichen Entwicklung und ihre Stolpersteine, kennt man die besonderen diagnostischen Tools, die man für Kinder braucht. So ist die Behandlung von typischen Erkrankungen im Kindesalter mit den Werkzeugen der Chinesischen Medizin (Akupunktur, Tuina-Massage, chinesische Kräuter, Ernährung nach den 5 Elementen) unglaublich erfolgversprechend.
Abstract
More and more parents are appreciative of adjuvant complementary medicine in the treatment of various childhood diseases; indeed, they even demand it. Chinese medicine offers children of any age the wonderful opportunity to undergo integrative treatment. If one is aware of the specialties of children’s development and its stumbling blocks, if one knows the special diagnostic methods needed for children, then the treatment of common childhood diseases with the tools of Chinese Medicine (acupuncture, tuina massage, Chinese herbal remedies, nutrition according to the five phases) has incredible potential.
