Abstract
In this note, we point out an error in the paper “On s-conditional permutability of maximal subgroups of Sylow subgroups of finite groups” (Monatsh Math, 2017. doi:10.1007/s00605-017-1088-0) by Kang and Pan, and generalize their main results.
