For any non-degenerate conic that is inscribed in the quadrilateral, the two lines connecting the opposite tangency points are concurrent with the two diagonals. The tangency points determine a Ceva configuration on each of the triangles \(\triangle (v_1, v_2, v_3)\), \(\triangle (v_2, v_3, v_4)\), \(\triangle (v_3, v_4, v_1)\), \(\triangle (v_4, v_1, v_2)\). The intersection point \((v_1, v_3)\cap (v_2,v_4)\) is a common point of the four Ceva configurations
