Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten von einer Skleraeinschmelzung als sehr seltene, aber schwerwiegende Komplikation einer transskleralen Zyklophotokoagulation. Der Gewebedefekt ließ sich mit einer tektonischen Minikeratoplastik erfolgreich decken.

Abstract

We report on a case of a scleral melting as a rare but severe complication of transscleral cyclophotocoagulation. The tissue defect was successfully repaired by tectonic keratoplasty.
