Transdiaphragmatic herniation of peritoneal dialysis fluid post Nissen's operation: an unusual cause for a mass on the chest radiograph

Abstract

A child on dialysis for chronic renal failure and who had had a Nissen's fundoplication showed transdiaphragmatic herniation of the peritoneum simulating a right lower zone chest mass. The imaging and possible causes are considered.
