Don Frush:I think everyone in this room realizes there are unique challenges to what we do both from an imaging standpoint and from the care standpoint, and there are really some issues that need directed attention by experts to address the needs of children in the setting of the emergency department. I think we have to acknowledge that variation in care does exist; the best in the world can’t be everywhere. Finally, I think we firmly believe that if a group like this can’t arrive at some productive and helpful strategies to improve the care of children in the emergency department then nobody will.
