Factoriality condition of some nodal threefolds in \({\mathbb{P}^4}\)

Abstract

We prove that for n = 8, 9, 10, 11, a nodal hypersurface of degree n in \({\mathbb{P}^{4}}\) is factorial if it has at most (n − 1)2 − 1 nodes.
