The author would like to correct the following errors in the publication of the original article:
In the abstract section, under the methods heading, the fourth sentence should read as:
Seventy-five percent of the knees were cementless.
Under the Materials and methods section, the sixth line should read as:
No patient died within 90 days of operation. Median age was 74 (range 48–87 years) with 215 female (82%) and 48 male (18%) patients.
In the Surgical technique section, under the third paragraph, the first sentence should read as:
Cementless components were used in 207 knees. In 69 knees, where bone was considered poor, cement was used on the tibial side [42].
