Zusammenfassung

Geschildert wird der Fall einer 73-jährigen Patientin mit einer bekannten Tumormarkererhöhung. Der Verlauf bei dieser Patientin zeigt, dass eine definitive Diagnosestellung selbst mit ausführlichen Labor- und bildgebenden Untersuchungen alleine nicht immer gelingt.

Abstract

The case of a 73-year-old female patient with a known increase in tumor markers is described. The course of this patient shows that a definitive diagnosis can sometimes not be achieved with comprehensive laboratory and imaging investigations alone.
