Der Einsatz von Ammoniaklösungen bei der Gewinnung von Hemicellulosen des D-Xylantyps aus Laubholz

Zusammenfassung

Als neue Alternative zur Gewinnung von Laubholzxylan wurden Zweistufenextraktionsverfahren mit Anwendung von wäßrigen Ammoniaklösungen in der ersten Stufe und 5% NaOH-Lösung in der zweiten Stufe untersucht. Die Ausbeute des Xylans wird durch die Ammoniakvorbehandlungwesentlich erhöht und erreicht einen Maximalwert, der bis zu 85% des Hemicelluloseanteiles der Buchenholocellulose darstellt. Die 1% NH₄OH-Lösung eignet sich besonders als Vorextraktionsstufe zur Gewinnung des Laubholzxylans von hohem Reinheitsgrad.

Abstract

As a new alternative to the isolation of hardwood xylan, two-step extraction procedures using aqueous ammonia solutions of different concentrations in the first step and 5% NaOH-solution in the second step have been studied. The yield of the xylan increased substantially due to the ammoniacal pretreatment and reached a maximum of 85% of the hemicellulose content of the beechwood holocellulose. The application of 1% NH₄OH enables to prepare hardwood xylans of high purity.
