Untersuchung von Werkzeugen mit unterschiedlicher Schneidengeometrie zum Fräsen von MDF

Abstract

Most of the investigations directed to find the relation between tool wear and the wood-based panel characteristics concern particleboard cutting. The goal of this paper was to characterize the optimal edge geometry, in case of wear, when milling the medium-density fibreboard, for blades produced from different materials.

Zusammenfassung

Die meisten Untersuchungen über den Zusammenhang von Werkzeugverschleiß und den Eigenschaften von Holzwerkstoffplatten beziehen sich auf die Bearbeitung von Spanplatten. Ziel dieser Studie war es, die optimaleSchneidengeometrie unterschiedlicher Sägeblattmaterialien für das Fräsen von MDF in Abhängigkeit vom Werkzeugverschleiß zu bestimmen.
