Abstract

Iatrogenic pulmonary pseudoaneurysm is a well-known but uncommon complication related to Swan-Ganz catheters. The radiologist can play an important role in the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of this potentially lethal complication. The authors present a case demonstrating the typical clinical and radiological presentation, and describe the role of interventional radiologic management.
