Einsatz der Außenrettungswinde in der Hubschrauberrettung

Zusammenfassung

Um eine schnelle medizinische Versorgung vor Ort zu gewährleisten, wird am Hubschrauber als besonderes Rettungsgerät die Winde eingesetzt. In einer retrospektiven Studie wurden die Windeneinsätze der letzten 18 Monate im Hinblick auf organisatorische und medizinische Besonderheiten untersucht.

Windeneinsätze wurden in erster Linie aufgrund medizinischer Indikationen durchgeführt (96%). Die Notarztindikation wurde in 66% aller Fälle bei Diagnosen mit NACA-Score 3–7 gestellt. Insbesondere bei schwierigem alpinem Gelände ist die ortskundige Führung und Lagebeurteilung durch Bergwachtangehörige Voraussetzung für die weitere Rettungsaktion und stellt die Entscheidungsgrundlage für den Notarzteinsatz dar. Die vom Bergwachtpersonal gestellte Indikation zum Notarzteinsatz wurde in 96% durch den Hubschraubernotarzt bestätigt.

Trotz des häufigen und routinierten Einsatzes des Rettungshubschraubers mit Winde in unwegsamen Gelände bedeutet jeder Rettungseinsatz hohe logistische und technische Anforderungen an die Beteiligten, die nur durch kontinuierliches Training, erfahrenes Personal und gute Kommunikationsstrukturen erreicht werden können.

Abstract

The quality of helicopter mountain rescue operations is determined in particular by the quality of the recovery from the difficult area itself. This retrospective study aimed to examine the special demands on cooperation of the crew and other groups in the complex procedure of a mountain rescue mission, particularly with use of a winch, in a period of 18 months.

In 96% the winch rescues had a medical indication, in 66% an emergency doctor-indication (NACA-Score between 3–7). Especially in the difficult mountain areas the mountain rescue service groups were needed to locate and protect the patient. The decision of the mountain rescue service groups to call the emergency helicopter and winch the doctor to the patient was confirmed in 96% by the emergency doctor.

The use of winches in mountain rescue operations requires perfect cooperation between all members of the rescue team. Beside continuous medical practice a good technical equipment and a lot of organizing abilities are required to make an emergency rescue with winch sure and successful.
