Abstract
The recently released Commission of Inquiry on the Blood System in Canada, Final Report, The Honourable Mr. Justice Horace Krever, has implications for public health practice in all jurisdictions in Canada. This report was influenced by a submission to the Commission of Inquiry entitled “Public Health and the Blood System in Canada: Issues and Priorities” from the Canadian Public Health Association, November 1994.
The Commission Report comments on public health in Canada. The specific sections are quoted verbatim in this editorial for the reader’s perusal.
