Abstract

Poetry therapy is examined as a healing force for the individual With an emphasis on spiritual and religious values, poetry therapy is discussed as a conduit to draw out inner emotions and feelings of spirit. Personal growth and the development of a values system can be enhanced through poetry therapy.
