Abstract
An autobiographical story which describes physical feelings mirroring those of a critically injured loved one and the comforting archetypal images which appear and reappear during that time of crisis, helplessness and uncertainty. Also suggested is a cellular connection between significant others which makes possible a body-mind way of processing information before that information has been revealed by more conventional means.
