Eine junge Frau kommt in Ihre Praxis und berichtet besorgt, sie habe ungeschützten Sex mit einem möglicherweise HIV-Infizierten gehabt. Was tun? Eine Postexpositionsprophylaxe ist mit erheblichen Neben-wirkungen verbunden; diese Maßnahme ist aber - zumindest in Deutschland - bei sorgfältiger Risikoabwägung oft gar nicht nötig.
