Zusammenfassung

Für die Behandlung der multiplen Sklerose stehen derzeit mehrere neue Therapeutika auf dem Prüfstand. Als Ergänzung zu den etablierten Basistherapeutika liegen die Erwartungen vor allem auf einer guten Verträglichkeit der Wirkstoffe und der Möglichkeit, Injektionen und Infusionstherapie durch eine orale Applikation zu ersetzen.
