Zusammenfassung
Der folgende Artikel gibt eine aktuelle Übersicht über die Frühsommer-Meningoenzephalitis (FSME). Er geht auf den klinischen Verlauf, das Vorkommen und die Präventionsmöglichkeiten insbesondere durch das Vorliegen einer Impfung ein.
Die Erkrankung ist aufgrund zahlreicher Expositionsmöglichkeiten auch von großer Bedeutung für die Arbeitsmedizin.
Abstract
The following article gives an overview on the tick-borne encephalitis (TBE) and looks at the symptoms, the occurrence and prevention options in particular by the presence of a vaccination. The disease is also of great importance in the occupational medicine due to numerous medical exposure opportunities.
