Abstract

Twelve years after the launch of tele-shopping broadcasting station HSE24, it is a market leader in its segment with just over 300 million Euros annual turnover. Crucial for the success are the produced services from up to 1 100 call center agents. The free hotline accepts orders and service inquiries around the clock.
