Abstract

We performed the coil embolization for 64-year-old male with patent ductus arteriosus and left ventricular dysfunction. We used “snare method” and “cross catheter technique” delivering one coil transvenously and one coil transarterially. Echocardiograms at 7 month after the procedue demonstrated complete occlusion of the ductus, though small shunt was detected at discharge.
