On the fluctuation of rotational energy of polyatomic gases in the Bose-Einstein and Fermi-Dirac statistics

  • Published:
Hungarica Acta Physica

Abstract

The rotational energy fluctuations of polyatomic gases obeying the Bose-Einstein and Fermi-Dirac statistics is calculated at slight degeneration. The author computes in two ways: by calculation of the mean value employing the Bose-Eintein, respectively Fermi — Dirac distribution function and on the base of the entropy equation.
