On the variations in surface diffusion coefficient of LFM crystal

Calculations of values of surface diffusion coefficient as a function of surface concentration of growth units show that for solution growth of HCOOLi·H2O crystal this coefficient practically remains constant (maximum variation is about 1%) for the variation of estimatedn s for supersaturation 1.01≤β≤1.1.
