New host records for powdery mildews in Israel

Abstract

A number of new host records made in 1972–1975 in Israel and confirmed in our laboratory are listed below. TheOidium types have been examined as to their conidial germination type by Hirata’s method (2). No cleistothecia were found on any of these hosts.
