Abstract

Assuming ak −4 singularity for the infrared behaviour of the gluon propagator in QCD, in a Bloch-Nordsieck-type model it is shown that the quark propagator is an entire function or vanishing in the infrared limit depending on the gauge used. In special cases one can restore the free propagator, too.
