Samenvatting
De Nederlandse Mededingingsautoriteit (NMa) gaat de fusie van vier zorginstellingen in Overijssel en Gelderland nader onderzoeken. Volgens de NMa kan de concentratie van Stichting ZorgAccent & Thuiszorg Noord West Twente, Stichting Sutfene, Stichting Carinova Leiboom Groep en Stichting Vérian de concurrentie belemmeren op de markten voor huishoudelijke verzorging, persoonlijke verzorging en verpleging, kraamzorg en (psychogeriatrische en somatische) verpleeghuiszorg.
